This traditional surface ripened cheese is handmade to an authentic Camembert recipe in Normandy, France.  Unique milk from the La Manche region and the natural ripening process ensure the distinctive flavour and aroma development.  Each cheese is hand selected before being boxed and matured.  This is the closest in flavour and texture that we can get in Australia to raw milk camembert from Normandy, France.  It has an unctuous texture with flavours reminiscent of garlic, cauliflower and hay.
