Three Blind Mice was created by three friends with a passion for food and friendship.
Daniel, Milan & Rob wanted to create a neighbourhood store that lets you shop, eat &
drink. Our focus is to source the finest products from around the globe as well as some
of the finest local producers Australia has to offer.
Daniel, an executive chef with 25 years’ experience and Milan, a qualified chef who
detoured to the cheese industry early in his career, lead our venue. Our Cheesemonger,
Milan and the team provide expert advice on our wide selection of premium quality
cheeses which we cut to order. Our carefully curated range of cured meats chosen by
Chef, Daniel ensures that only the finest produce is always available.
Our artisan products are specially selected to complement our cheese & meat. The 3BM
kitchen serves our delicious range of 5 cheese toasties with additions such as confit
duck and salami. Our panini range brings together the best produce, and
house-made extras served up on some of Sydney’s best sourdough!
In addition, we have an everchanging European-style tasting menu, crafted by Daniel,  if a lingering lunch is more your style!
Our specifically designed interactive space allows our customers to engage in an
experience or chat to our specialist team.
Catering for your picnic, dinner party, corporate function, wedding or special event is
something we love to do. We specialise in curating a selection of grazing boxes,
grazing tables, cheese platters, bespoke platters or can even design your own cheese
tasting experience.
Our monthly cheese box subscription service is also a great way to experience the best
of the cheeses we offer.
