Mancini Pasta - Spaghetti

Made using only the durum wheat grown, harvested and produced on the same wheat field that surround the pasta factory, in the Marche region. The wheat is milled on the spot, the pasta extruded in bronze dies, dried slowly at low temperature.

Spaghetti has been hand-packed so as not to break the strands!
