Piero and Rinaldo Rondolino are the masterminds behind what is considered the best Carnaroli rice in the world. It is harvested, aged while still unpolished for 7 year in stainless steel silos, stabilising the starch. Using a unique patented method, the grains are gently whitened with the germ intact giving the rice the same nutritional value as brown rice.
