Hand crafted on a family farm in the Yarra Valley, Victoria this Cow’s milk feta is marinated with herbs and oil. Still made in small batches, fresh curd is bound by cloth for straining, then brined for two weeks, producing a silky textured cheese that holds its shape when marinated. A full flavoured cheese that you can enjoy straight from the jar or add to green salads, roasted vegetables or use as a filling for ravioli.
