This soft, creamy cheese with a geotrychum surface is matured in a small ceramic dish.  It has a silky texture and a similar flavour to ripe Brie.  This cheese can be served with a crusty break or a perfect cheese baked in the oven in the winter or on a barbecue in the warmer weather.
